The graphical section needs to replace a production machine that shall provide the Norwegian Parliament with documents printed on paper with a short delivery time. A machine shall thus be procured that is:

— Stable and reliable;
— Adapted to the Norwegian Parliament's computer structure and software.
The contracting authority shall procure a colour machine, with in-line finishing for booklets as well as installation and support, service and spare parts logistics.
