In order to increase the capacity on the Ofoten Line, the railway station shall be expanded to a station with 3 long tracks, approx. 1 100 metres, adapted for simultaneous arrivals which can manage minimum 750 metres long trains.

2012-02-01Hire of railroad motor vehicle and driver, for transportation of construction workers for Ofotbanen (Jernbaneverket)
Hire of motor vehicles or equivalent, with authorised/certified operators in relation to transport of construction workers to various locations at the Ofot Line.
The works will be completed during weeks 23-24.
The working hours are between from 2:00 until 12:00.
7 days working hours must be expected.
