A cooperative purchasing agreement shall be signed (group wide framework agreement) for the purchase of electrical services to Oslo municipality's entities. The property companies Boligbygg Oslo KF, Undervisningsbygg Oslo KF and Omsorgsbygg Oslo KF are not users of this agreement.
