The Contracting Authority shall collect tenders for the delivery of tradesman services and materials for the execution of maintenance on the Contracting Authority's buildings. The disciplines for which tenders are requested are carpenter, painter, including flooring, interior plumbing and electrical installation. A cooperative purchasing agreement shall be signed (group wide framework agreement) for the purchase of electrical services to Oslo municipality's entities. The property companies Boligbygg Oslo KF, Undervisningsbygg Oslo KF and Omsorgsbygg Oslo KF are not users of this agreement. The municipality will be divided into 4 zones, and agreements shall be signed with 2 tenderers per zone.
