The Water and Sewage Department works on the renewal, improvement and repair of the department's pipeline network and installations. Most of this is located under the town's streets, roads and pavements. This work is done year round. After the work on the department's pipeline network and installations has been completed, the excavation sites shall be covered and repaired as soon as possible.

Oslo municipality, represented by the Agency for Water and Sewage (VAV), henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, wishes to enter into a framework agreement with a contractor for repairs of road surfaces and bases subsequent to excavation works on the municipal road and street network.
