The Water and Sewage Department is working on improving and repairing the road surfaces and base on the municipality's streets, roads and pavements. There is continual excavation work in the town's streets for repairs to the pipeline network. The excavation places shall be covered and repaird as soon as the repair work is completed.
The department has a continual need for this type of service.
The department shall, in connection with this work, procure a framework agreement for the procurement of asphalt, removal of uncompacted matter, cutting, milling, setting kerbstones, laying paving stones, developing green areas and fencing off and work notifications.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The contract that shall be signed will be a framework agreement for 2 years from 1.10.2013 to 30.9.2015. The contract has an option for the awarding authority to extend the contract for a further 2 years (until 30.9.2017).

(2) Presentation of the company's annual accounts, or extracts thereof
Credit rating, not older than 3 months, based on the last known accounting figures.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) Overview of the company's total manpower
(2) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past three years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts)
(3) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
(4) A certificate issued by an accredited certification authority attesting to the quality assurance, production or technical capacity of the company, or equivalent documentation (for service and works contracts)
(5) Other documentation required (please state below)
1. Contractors must enclose confirmation that they fulfil all the requirements for work notification that are described in the "Guidelines in work notification - Handbook 051" issued by Statens Vegvesen.
2. Contractors shall give a description of which material and product choices the company uses, how they handle emissions to air and waste minimisation and waste handling.
