Repairs of road surface

Oslo Kommune, Vann- og avløpsetaten

Oslo municipality, represented by the Agency for Water and Sewage (VAV), henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, wishes to enter into a framework agreement with a contractor for repairs of road surfaces and bases subsequent to excavation works on the municipal road and street network.
The contractor shall improve/repair the road surfaces and bases in streets, roads and pavements subsequent to excavation in connection with works on the pipeline network.
This includes i.a. workmen’s huts and operation, securing and sparring/works notifications and signing, removal of temporary road surfaces and bases, levelling with quarry waste, cutting of edges, milling of cogging, adjustment of manhole frames and gully gratings, asphalt works, placement of kerbstones, paving stones and pavement blocks, as well as securing areas subject to asphalt works.
The works also includes cleaning of manhole grids and water troughs, etc., subsequent to asphalt works if these are contaminated.

(4) A description of the tools, plant or technical equipment available to the company for carrying out the contract (for works contracts).
Copy of approval in accordance with the Norwegian Planning and Building act (UTF 150.2 and191.2). Verifying that the tenderer complies with all requirements in relation to works notification in accordance with description given in”Retningslinjer i arbeidsvarsling – Håndbok 051”, issued by the Norwegian Public Roads Administration.
