The procurement of equipment and services for the modernisation of the Norwegian Civil Defence's system for public warning (Direktoratet for nødkommunikasjon (DNK) (The Directorate for Emergency Communication))
The Ministry of Justice and Public Security has assigned the Norwegian Directorate for Civil Protection (henceforth referred to as DSB) to implement modernisation of the current public warning system with Nødnett as carrier for releasing warnings.
