The contracting authority needs to enter into a framework agreement for expert inspection of lifting devises. The tender contest will be carried out as a collaboration and four contractual relationships will be established, one for each municipality. The agreement applies mainly to the municipalities' engineering departments and for Sandnes municipality's property department.
