Kartverket would like to enter into a framework agreement for data collection, FKB-production, orthophoto and laser scanning with 2-4 tenderers. The assignments under the framework agreement will be distributed through mini-competitions. The framework agreement period is one year at a time, with a maximum duration of four years. The framework agreement will include both unclassifed and graded assignments.

The purpose of this project is collect data by use of drones for certain areas in the Republic of Albania. The procurement includes pre-flight planning, UAV data collection, UAV photography process, final photo processing and orthophoto production for 24 areas in Albania, a total of 172,9 km. ASIG will perform product quality control and make the publication of the orthophotos in the Geoportal.
