Other economic and financial requirements: Regarding any other economic and financial requirements stated in the notice or in the procurement documents, the tenderer declares that: The tenderer shall have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. The requirement will be deemed to be met when credit rating B is achieved, credit with security. A credit rating based on the last known accounting figures will be accepted as documentation. The rating shall be carried out by a credit rating company with a licence from the Norwegian Data Protection Authority to conduct this service. Documentation shall be sent to the contracting authority upon request.
