Finnmark county shall procure up to three remote-operated drones that can be used at construction sites in Finnmark, as well as flight operative services thereof. The drones shall be procured and owned by the county, while the aircraft operative service shall be provided for three years.

Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:

The contracting authority would like tenders for the delivery of flight operative services for drones, where they shall be used for inspections of construction sites/construction areas, and deliver data for different needs, such as distance measuring, mass calculation etc., is an area with "a lot of weather", and it is therefore significant that the drone has the best possible qualities in relation to wind and cold. The contracting authority would therefore like, as a starting point, "Drone-in-a-box of type DJI Dock 3 with drone Matrice 4TD - or other with equivalent or better qualities.

Rettslig grunnlag:

The procurement is covered by the Public Procurement Act of 17 June 2016 (LOA), as well as the public procurement regulations of 12 August 2016 (FOA). Part III applies for this procurement.
