Stortinget needs to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer who can offer regular service for the current industrial household equipment which shall result in the longest lifetime possible for the equipment, as well as rapid repairs of the equipment. The tenderer must offer environmental-friendly industrial household equipment of good quality and long lifetime.
The tenderer must also give advice to Stortinget regarding type of equipment and whether or not repairs are profitable.
