2025-02-05Framework agreement for workshop services for vehicles under 3,500 kg. (Tromsø kommune)
The framework agreement comprises more than 400 vehicles under 3,500 kg, which shall have annual service and maintenance as well as EU control (PKK). Systematic follow-up of the vehicles, as well as service and repair history can contribute to better control of the vehicle fleet, cost reductions and longer lifetime of the vehicles. The framework agreement for workshop services does not include tyres, tyre hotel or repairs of body damage and glass.

2024-06-19Workshop services over 3.5 tons - Framework agreement (NTNU)
The framework agreement shall ensure the Contracting Authority time and cost efficient vehicle garage services for its vehicles, over 3.5 tons. The framework agreement is divided into two sub-contracts, one applies to tractors and construction machines and the other applies to other vehicles over 3.5 tons. The contracting authority would like to enter into a framework agreement with one (1) tenderer for each sub-contract, with a duration of two years, with an option for an extension for 1+1 year.

The Norwegian Police Shared Services (PFT), henceforth referred as the contracting authority, would like to enter into parallel framework agreements for workshop services and enamel and bodywork services.
There will be a need for interval services, periodic vehicle inspections, all mechanical repairs, and bodwork and enamel repairs on the contracting authority's motor vehicles up to 3500 kg. This concerns both police and service/administrative vehicles in this category.
There are approx. 3000 vehicles.
