The framework agreement concerns rehabilitation and new setting of roads and bridge guardrails on county roads and national roads in Maintenance East 1. 2018-07-03E3 Sea barriers — Protecting a harbour / floating sea barriers (Forsvarsbygg)
Haakonsvern Naval Base, which is located outside Bergen city, will establish sea barriers as illustrated in the attached sketch.
The Navy needs sea barriers that can ensure that SHH is in accordance with the requirements and rules that currently apply to the base. The sea barriers must ensure control over the base from access from the sea side.
Another aim of the sea barriers is to make it easier for the duty personnel to control supply deliveries to the base.
