Statens vegvesen [the Norwegian Public Roads Administration] wants to enter into a framework agreement with a contract. The framework agreement concerns rehabilitation and new setting of roads and bridge guardrails on county roads and national roads in Maintenance East 1. The contract includes Innlandet, Buskerud north of Hønefoss and Akershus north of Gjelleråsen and north of Minnesund bridge.
Night work must be expected. A more detailed description is in Appendix 1, ‘Work Hours’.
The estimated quantity is uncertain and must be adjusted in relation to the annual budget. The amounts stated in chapter D1 are based on experience from previous contracts. The stated quantities make up the expected amounts for the anticipated maintenance needs for 1 year.
The total scope is estimated to be approx. NOK 20 million-NOK 50 million per year depending on funding.
