The Norwegian Armed Forces need to enter into a framework agreement for technical consumables for our Bell412 helicopters. The agreement shall cover original Bell consumables that we need when helicopter maintenance is carried out. See scope in Annex 10. The agreement shall not cover engine parts and standard consumables as these are covered by other framework agreements to the Armed Forces.

2018-03-08Procurement of helicopter landing places (Norges vassdrags- og energidirektorat (NVE))
NVE is responsible for monitoring several unstable mountain areas in Troms. We currently monitor unstable areas by Nordnes in Kåfjord municipality.
VNE requires 1 permanent landing place and 3 portable landing places.
Tenders shall include both types of landing places.
NVE reserves the right to adjust the number of units, subject to financing.
The estimated need is for 4 landing places at a later date. The contract shall include an option for the procurement of more landing places.
