The aim of the contract is to strengthen UiA ́s commercialisation offer for the scientific employees, and to support UiA ́s internal innovation support service in the Research and Innovation Department.

2025-02-20GPU's for expansion of the development platform for artificial intelligence (Universitetet i Agder)
The University of Agder currently uses 8 NVIDIA DGX-2 and 6 DGX-H100 in its research in artificial intelligence. In order to free up the DGX servers to run larger jobs, we would now like to move parts of the development work to other existing servers by upgrading them with devices based on the same platform. Therefore we intend to increase the machinery by: 5 NVIDIA H200 NVL (141GB VRAM) PCI, which also includes a full AI software stack, NVIDIA AI Enterprise, is included in the delivery.

The objective of the media conversion of the paper-based archive is to replace the paper originals with a fully fledged digital copy, and that the paper originals can be destroyed after the media conversion and quality control have been implemented.
