The objective of the procurement is to enter into contracts for the procurement of e-books, covering the needs of students and employees at OsloMet. The tender is divided into three (3) separate lots, and we will sign contracts for each of the 3 lots.

Lot 2: User Controlled Purchasing (for example PDA, EBS);
