The project is a turnkey contract and includes complete engineering design services for and the construction of road, water and sewage installations, sanitation installations, surface water management, play area and green installations, cable work, as well as parts of the ground work for the plots. The area consists of 54 residences, in a combination of flats, terraced houses and detached houses.

2015-12-07Framework agreement for general planning/zoning, detailed zoning plan and technical planning (Sandnes tomteselskap KF)
The Contracting Authority is at all times responsible for multiple zoning and technical plans.
In this connection, the Contracting Authority intends to enter into framework agreement for the delivery of consulting services in the following 3 categories:
1. General planning/zoning;
2. Detailed zoning plan;
3. Technical planning.
The Contracting Authority intends to enter into framework agreement with one tenderer per category.
