A site inspection and information meeting will be held on Tuesday 12.6.2018, at 09:00. Meet at Sandnes tomteselskap in Havnegata 15 in Sandnes. After the joint information meeting, in which the builder will give information on his ideas for the project and the actual competition, there will be a site inspection of the actual construction area.

The project includes complete engineering design services for and the construction of road, water and sewage installations, sanitation installations, surface water management, play area and green installations, cable work, as well as parts of the ground work for the plots, in accordance with development plan 2016 107. The area consists of 54 residences, in a combination of flats, terraced houses and detached houses.

Title no./cadastral no. 101/504 is not included in the project, with exception of the engineering design services for f_LK 4, which is included in the project. The property shall not, in other words, be touched, but the property´s access, electrical and fibre installations, as well as water and sewage installations, must be taken care of throughout the entire construction period.

Requirement: Tenderers must not have significant tax and VAT arrears, unless an approved repayment schedule is presented.

Company registration certificate.

Requirement: The tenderer shall be a legally established company.

Central certification or equivalent.

Documentation: Certificate from the directorate for building quality (DiBK) or equivalent.

Documentation. Tenderers must have certification equivalent to:

a. Responsible applicant development class 2

b. Responsible engineering designer development class 2 for:

i. Roads, outside areas and landscape design

ii. Surveying engineering design

iii. Water supply and sewage installations

c. Responsible executor in development class 2 for:

i. Surveying and staking out measures

ii. Roads and ground work

Reference project: List of reference projects, including their value, date and Contracting Authority. If a tenderer has not carried out previous turnkey contracts, 3 projects can be attached that are connected to engineering design services and 3 projects that are connected to execution.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Tenderers must, if the engineering work is not carried out by themselves, enter into an agreement for the engineering work required in the Contract.

Tenderers must have good competence within the contract´s disciplines.

Tenderers must have experience from at least 3 projects of an equivalent nature and extent in the last 3 years.
