The facility shall be constructed just by the existing sewage treatment facility for Øystese in Notaneset and it shall receive municipal sewage water from all of the built up area in Kvam herad, which in addition to Øystese, also includes Norheimsund and the leisure and holiday home area at Kvamskogen.
