KH, JK and KK want 3 parallel framework agreements with tenderers on computer equipment with software and associated consultancy services. Kvam Herad will order from the framework agreement tenderer who at any given time has the best offer on behalf on KH, JK and KK.
By ‘software’ we mean for example: Citrix and Vmware. I.E. software that is not connected to the specialist area or Microsoft.
The Contracting Authority may in brief or longer periods need to purchase consultancy services, for, for example advising and project management in connection with both hardware and software. Tenderers must therefore have competence with the product the Contracting Authority requires, including the large international computer equipment suppliers.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The framework agreement shall be valid for 2 years from signing of the contract. In addition the contracting authority shall have an option to extend the agreement for a further 2 years, 1 year at a time. The total agreement period will be maximum 4 years. The expected start-up date is the 1.10.2016. The Option will be automatically be released on the Contract Date. If the option is not to released, the contracting authority shall give written confirmation to the Tenderer's Contact Person, at least 3 months before the Agreement Date.
