Notanes sewage treatment facility, Contract M1 Machine/process engineering and automation

Kvam herad (Kvam municipality)

The facility shall be constructed just by the existing sewage treatment facility for Øystese in Notaneset and it shall receive municipal sewage water from all of the built up area in Kvam herad, which in addition to Øystese, also includes Norheimsund and the leisure and holiday home area at Kvamskogen. The facility shall be dimensioned for approx. 12 430 person equivalents (pe) and it shall fulfil the requirements for primary treatment, as well as facilitating an expansion for secondary treatment.
This contract is for the delivery of a complete, operational and turnkey process facility. The contractor will have the total responsibility for the function and fulfilment of the specified requirements for the delivery, which includes all process engineering work, equipment and machinery from the pump station in the existing treatment facility up to and including the flange for the emission pipeline at the treatment facility's outer wall before the emission pipeline. Furthermore, measures and work are included to alter the existing treatment facility to an intake pump station for the new treatment facility.
There will also be work that the tenderer carries out outside the construction site such as engineering design services, procurements and pre-fabrication. The assembly is to include all hangings, as well as stairs and a platform for access, which is included in the process delivery.
