Kvam municipality shall procure an ERP system that supports functions such as i.a. economy, accounting, budget, procurement, wage and HR processes. The Contracting Authority wishes to enter into an agreement with one supplier for the procurement's total scope.
The Contracting Authority has a strong focus on efficient work processes in the municipality, and a new ERP system shall support this. The system shall therefore have a close integration between the administrative systems and not at least the professional systems in the municipality, in such a way that double registrations and unnecessary work processes are eliminated. The system shall be placed in the Contracting Authority's premises.

The agreement shall be valid for 3 years from when the contract is signed. The Contracting Authority shall also have an option to prolong the contract for a further 3 years, 1 year at a time. The Contracting Authority shall have the right but not bound to release the option period. The total maximum agreement period is 6 years, and the agreement period starts from the date the system is in normal operation at the Contracting Authority. The system must be ready for use for wage payments in December 2016.
