Halden municipality requests tenders for engineering design services for dementia houses at Bergheim. The following disciplines shall be included in the group contract:
— Engineering design group manager (PGL);
— Architectural services(ARK);
— Fire Consultant (RIBR);
— Consultant for noise/acoustics (RIA);
— Landscape architect (LARK).
Interior architect (IARK)
— Construction engineering (RIB);
— HVAC engineering (RIV);
— Electro engineering (RIE);

Since 2001 Halden municipality has outsourced its IT operations.
