Option for a further rent/leasing of up to 2-3 vehicles during the contract period, which shall have the same completion date as the other vehicles in this contract.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
The tenderer shall be a legally established company
— Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate.
— Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade index or business register as prescribed by the law of the country in which the service provider is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The service provider must have the financial capacity to carry out the assignment/contract.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
— The last 2 years annual accounts including the board's annual report and the auditor's statement and a credit rating not older than 6 months.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Service providers shall have necessary experience from assignments with deliveries to major contracting authorities.
The service provider shall have an organisation that has the capacity to fulfil the contract.
Service providers to Halden municipality are required, as a minimum, to have a simple internal environmental management system, or be environmentally certified equivalent to Miljøfyrtårn, ISO 14001 or EMAS, or have this in place within a reasonable period after the contract has been signed. This is to be documented by internal routines for the environment, or an environment certificate or confirmation from a verified third party.

Small and newly started companies that do not have an environmental management system in place must sketch and enclose a plan as to how and when this will be implemented.
Tenderers shall have a good and well functioning quality assurance system.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
— This is to be documented by the company's most important contracts over the last 3 years, including their value, time frame and recipient. Information shall be provided for each contract on what the contract included and its value, the date of the delivery and the name of the recipient with a telephone number and an email address that the contracting authority can contact if needed (without contacting the tenderer).

— Description of the sales and service organisation. An account of how the service provider is organised for the fulfilment of this contract with an overview of the resources that the service provider can and shall use for the fulfilment of the contract.

— Samples, descriptions, datasheets and/or prospectuses for the products that shall be delivered.
— Copy of a certificate issued by a public quality assurance institution.
— Documentation of an internal environment management system in the company, or documentation of certification is to be enclosed, in accordance with ISO 14001, EMAS or equivalent third party verified system, (the valid certificate is to be enclosed), or documentation that the company will be certified within the contract period.
