New Scene Floors for Dance Performances (Dansens Hus AS)
The national stage for dance in Oslo has a refurnished workshop building at its disposal. The building includes a main scene and a smaller scene for dance performances. Currently there are sprung floors comprising pine wood over a network of lathes and subfloors on both scenes. Both floors must be removed and replaced. The floor on the main scene shall be replaced in July 2020. Replacement/upgrades to stage mechanics (Dansens Hus AS)
Dansens Hus shall renew and upgrade the stage mechanics on the Main Stage. The existing 22 chain hoists with a maximum lifting capacity of 350 kg gross and the accompanying frequency transformers shall be replaced with new, quieter winches with a cable spool and with a minimum lifting capacity of 400 kg net. New control system for electrical chain hoists (Dansens Hus AS)
Our main stage has a stage rigging that consists of 22 pull rods. The pull rods hang in 7 cable wires, which, via blocks and pulleys, are connected to a ChainMaster VarioLift BGV-C1, where the chain has a horizontal track. The electrical chain hoists are located on the side of the stage, in the transition between the roof and wall, 11 pcs on each side.
