— The tribune shall have a floor frame that is fully welded without screws;— Wheeled trolleys shall be connected to roller bearings for easy and soundless manoeuvring;— Wheels on the amfi shall be suitable for the flooring so that damages to the floor are avoided. Minimum diameter of wheels 140 mm with a width of 44 mm;— The amfi shall be delivered with integrated motor operation at the front of the amfi. The amfi must be able to be ‘controlled’ by separate motors so that damages to fixtures are avoided;— The tribune shall have an automatic locking system between each step in an open position;— The amfi shall be adapted so that the fixed part of the amfi can be used without all the rows being extended;— The point loads on the floor shall not exceed 25 kg / cm2;— Equipment that comes under the EU directive shall be CE marked.— Both the construction and the seats of the tribune shall be suitable acoustically for the hall;— A good and rational system shall be provided for covering the sides and back of the amfi when it is in use;— The tribune shall have certified railings along the side. They shall be light and simple to lay down/remove before collapsing. The top railing shall be straight;— Row and seat number;— Variable LED;— Fire requirements and escape exits in accordance with the regulations;— CE certified.Seats.— Seat type (Plaza /Granada / Galant) from Fora Form / Jezet or equivalent;— The seats shall be fixed to the vertical step/step nose for easy maintenance and cleaning. If the step nose system is used, the fixtures shall have a ‘cleaning list’ for easy cleaning on the horizontal step;— The seats shall be anchored in the steel construction on the tribune, not just in the wooden cover;— The amfi and seats shall be equipped with the row and seat number;— Acoustic qualities of seats are important, any test reports are to be enclosed.Electro.All equipment shall be Nemko certified or equivalent and the completed system shall fulfil the current requirements. The installation shall be completed, tested and regulated ready for use.Extent of the delivery.The delivery shall include a complete product ready for use. The necessary fixing materials, tools etc. shall be included.The supplier will be responsible for transporting the delivery into the room. The delivery shall include transport to the building, unloading and transport inside, ready assembled, tested and commissioned.Training personnel and a user manual in Norwegian shall be included.Guarantee:A minimum of 5 years guarantee shall be provided for the amfi and seats.
