The objective of the procurement process is to replace the Employer's damaged steam turbine with a new steam turbine driven generator set. The new machinery with auxiliary systems shall be installed in the same location as the old machine. Steam production will remain unchanged from original design. New foundations will be made by the Employer according to contractor footprint, load, and other interface information.

Qualification requirement: The Contractor must be a legally registered company.

Documentation requirement: Company certificate or equivalent documentation indicating that the Contractor is registered with a trade register in his homeland.

Credit rating based on the last known accounting data. The credit rating must not be older than six months prior to the deadline for submission of the request for qualification.

Qualification requirement: The Contractor must have sufficient financial strength to perform the Contract.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Documentation requirement 1: Description of up to five contract performances of comparable size and configuration from the three preceding years.

The description shall as a minimum include:

- Short description of the contract performance.

- Time of performing the contract.

- Name and telephone number of the Contractor referee.

It is the Contractor's responsibility to document relevance to this procurement through the description.

To ensure sufficient competition for the contract, contract performances older than three years may also be taken into consideration.

Documentation requirement 2: Description of how the Contractor is organized for the fulfilment of this contract.

- Project organization, including high level information about the technical personnel the Contractor will utilize for performance of the contract.

- Short description of the professional qualifications for the personnel that will be responsible for the performance of the contract.

- If subcontractors - their role and what parts of the contract will be performed by subcontractors.
