The contracting authority requests tender for a new digital building application system (Norwegian: eByggesaksløsning). Gjesdal and Randaberg municipalities requests an option for the system, while Klepp Municipality, shall independently implement the system. Randaberg Municipality has estimated the probability of exercising an option to be 60 %, while Gjesdal Municipality has estimated the probability of exercising an option to be 50 %. The contracting authority considered this in the price sheet in the Norwegian Government's Standard Terms and Conditions for IT Procurement (SSA-L), Appendix 6.
