The Ministry of Culture's national library strategy for 2020-2023 states that the National Library of Norway must ensure that the public and school libraries have free, quick and machine-readable access to bibliographic data from a central source.
This will ensure good and identical data in libraries and will form a good basis for the development of joint services in the sector.
