E39 Romsdalsfjorden – Contract for Offshore and Onshore Seismic Refraction Surveys

The Romsdsal fjord crossing, or the former Møre axis is a project where the objective is to connect the largest towns in Møre og Romsdal by a ferry-free connection. The project has later been included in the ferry-free coastal highway route project between Kristiansand and Trondheim.
The contract includes the collection of geophysical data by using refraction seismic surveys off-shore and onshore. The assignment consists of:
— seismic refraction offshore: approx. 9 200 m,
— seismic refraction onshore: approx. 500 m.
In order to get the best overview possible of the ground conditions for the sub-marine tunnel.
The Norwegian Public Roads Administration, the Western Region requests supplementing seismic refraction offhshore and onshore. seismic refraction have previously been conducted along the tunnel stretch in several rounds. This round includes the detailed planning and is basically to achieve parallel lines to previous seismic refraction.

Seismic surveys may be required for other parts of the main project E39 Ålesund-Molde in 2020. The Contracting Authority has an option to enter into this contract and agreed upon prices. Cf. Annex 5 for further information The stated scopes to the contract must in such case be regulated.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
The tenderer shall be a legally established company. Tenderers must confirm that they comply with this requirement when submitting their tenders. Tenderers must present the following documentation proof if requested by the Contracting Authority.
Norwegian tenderers: Company Registration Certificate.
Foreign companies: documentation proving that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must enclose a tax and VAT certificate, issued by a competent body in the tenderer's home country, or the country where the tenderer is established. The certificate must show whether the tenderer has paid his taxes, duties and social insurance.

A tenderer who is newly established and cannot submit references, must be particularly careful to demonstrate that they have the prerequisites to carry out the assignment.
