The contract shall cover the Norwegian Parliament's requirement for maintenance of the Trio system. Maintenance responsibilities are in this context defined as corrective and pro-active maintenance, user support, deliveries of software amendments, and option for the procurement of new versions of standard software, supplementing procurements, as well as additional services thereof, during the entire contract period.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Requirement: Tenderers must have their tax, payroll tax and VAT payments in order.
Documentation: Certificate for tax and VAT. The certificate shall not be more than six months from the tender deadline. The certificate can be obtained electronically from Altinn. For further information, see Skatteetaten.no
Requirement: The tenderer shall have a good conduct.
Documentation: The tenderer must, in a self declaration, confirm that the requirements in part I Annex 1 have been fulfilled.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement: Tenderers shall have sufficient financial capacity to fulfil the contract, including satisfactory turnover, earnings, degree of liquidity and equity. The payment experience must be satisfactory.
Documentation requirement: Solidity assessment from an acknowledged credit appraisal agency. The assessment shall be based on the most recent known accounting figures.
The key figures in the requirement must be presented together with an assessment of the tenderer's payment experience.
The contracting authority can, free of charge, undertake an assessment of the tenderer's economic and financial position by utilising the service Proff™Forvalt (www.forvalt.no)
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement: Tenderers shall have very good experience with the provision of similar services.
Documentation: 3 signed certificates from equivalent assignments in the last 3 years.
The certificates shall, at a minimum, include:
— Name of the client,
— Customer contact person and contact information,
— Contract value and scope,
— Date of the assignment,
— A brief description of the assignment.
Requirement: The tenderer shall have established and satisfactory quality assurance procedures.
Documentation: A description of the tenderer's quality assurance methods. If the tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 9001 or equivalent standards, it will be sufficient to present a copy of a valid certificate.
