The mid-Trøndelag municipalities shall have a telephony and communication platform that gives increased availability, better interaction internally and externally and is more efficient for the municipalities.
The procurement shall, after its implementation, reduce costs and technical complexity.
A further description of the assignment is given in annex 1 the requirement specifications.
