Contract SMS 5 Preparatory work for tracks is a preparatory contract for the project IC Moss Sandbukta — Moss — Såstad. This contract involves altering tracks south of Moss station in order to be able to build a completely new station in the centre of Moss. This is so that we can have normal train traffic and the existing station in operation for the entire construction period for the new Moss station. This is a multi-disciplinary contract that includes both building and construction work, as well as all railway engineering disciplines (electricity, tele, tracks, contact line and signal).

Contract SMS 5 Preparatory work for tracks is a preparatory contract for the project IC Moss Sandbukta — Moss — Såstad. This contract involves altering tracks south of Moss station in order to be able to build a completely new station in the centre of Moss. This is so that we can have normal train traffic and the existing station in operation for the entire construction period for the new Moss station. This is a multi-disciplinary contract that includes both building and construction work, as well as all railway engineering disciplines (electricity, tele, tracks, contact line and signal).The tracks sough of Moss station are to be moved further out towards the harbour in order to free up areas for the new station.In addition new access to Moss Harbour is to be constructed, just south of the station in Strandgata and there shall be some preparatory work in the north by Sandbukta for the new double track. Stability measures shall also be carried out for Rockwool in Steinullbakken. The contract includes, thus, 2 main areas that are in the north by Sandbukta and the main work by Moss station and the harbour.
