Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Tenderers shall be a legally registered company. Foreign tenderers must present documentation that confirms that the company is legally registered in its home country. Norwegian tenderers do not need to document fulfilment of this requirement beyond the presentation of tax and VAT certificates, cf. the information below.

The tenderer shall meet the statutory requirements of Norwegian legislation with regard to health, safety and the environment. HSE self-declaration filled in and signed.

Tenderers shall have their tax and duty payments in order. ‘Tax and VAT certificate’ (RF-1316). The certificate can be ordered via www.altinn.no The certificate must not be more than 6 months old from the tender deadline.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

The tenderer shall be creditworthy. Documentation requirement…

… 1: Credit assessment of the tenderer, not older than six months calculated from the deadline for receipt of tenders. The rating shall be carried out by an independent actor that has a licence for this. The result of the credit rating must be given as a graded value (letters or numbers) on a defined scale.

… 2: The last 3 annual financial statements, or excerpts thereof, containing key figures.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tenderers must be able to document the capacity to carry out the assignment. Description of the company's most important contracts within booking systems in the last 3 years. The description shall include the value, date and contracting authority.

Tenderers must have good technical and professional qualifications to solve the services that shall be provided. An account of the tenderer's technical personnel for fulfilment of the contract. Information about education and professional qualifications at the tenderer and the company’s administrative management, particularly for the person(s) responsible for executing the service. Description of the tenderer's measures or methods for quality assurance.
