Procurement of mobile communication services for interaction

The Norwegian Industrial Property Office has a need for good and future orientated communication services in order to have a basis for the most efficient communication with our cooperation partners and internally. The development within communication services happens very quickly and we would therefore like to cooperate with a service provider who can provide the best possible systems for the Norwegian Industrial Property Office and ensure that the Norwegian Industrial Property Office has the option and continual use of the possibilities that the latest development gives.
The system shall support flexible ways of working, which fulfil the needs of both stationary and mobile users. The users shall be able to use the units that are always deemed to be the most appropriate; mobile telephone, PC with communication client and video camera, telephone apparatus, loudspeaker meeting room telephones or meeting room based video systems. The system shall be cost efficient, both as regards procurement, implementation and running costs, and it must contribute to efficient work processes and good communication across our own and closely cooperating organisations.
This contract will also include the procurement of mobile telephones with subscriptions to all employees in the Norwegian Industrial Property Office. The existing switchboard/land-line telephones shall be replaced with a new mobile system, but the land-line number series is to be kept. A new call contract for mobile equipment and land-line telephony shall be included as a part of the contract. An administration system for securing hand held units shall be established, with functions such as remote deleting and locking, and a system for the administration of subscriptions and call costs.
We would thus like an exchange system and call centre with seamless integration with mobile units and Lync. The land-line telephone number series shall be ported and automatic forwarding to mobile established. A statistics and reporting system shall also be established in this system. The offered system shall be certified by Microsoft.
