Jernbaneverket Utbygging is carrying out measures in the period 2011–2014 to alter Eidsvoll and Lillestrøm stations in order to meet the alterations needed for the introduction of new trains, minor offer improvements and a new basic route model.
The alteration needs require the implementation of F-ATC on the block stretch.

From the approach to Lillestrøm station to between approach A and points 1 at Fetsund station.
The contract comprises of the development of F-ATC on the stretch Lillestrøm - Fetsund with the accompanying cables and cupboards, changes in internal signalling installations (NSI 63) at Fetsund, assembly of new balises and cabling to them, moving advance signals and setting up new sign and marking posts. Moving advance signals and coupling field at Tuen and Nerdrum level crossings, as well as changes in internal installations on the level crossings and Åkrene block signal. The site area stretches from approach D1212 at Lillestrøm to Svingen at km 30.230.
