Competition for the purchase of recruiting tools
The procurement has 2 contracting authorities, and separate agreements will be signed with each with contracting authority. There are different starting points for each contracting authority. NVE want to start on 1.6.2014, while Difi want to start on 1.1.2015.
NVE and Difi have a need to acquire a new recruitment system. Procurement must be seen in a long-term perspective, where the contracting authority wants a comprehensive HR system. The purpose of a new recruiting system is:
— Good work support and flow in the recruitment process
— Regulation-compliant recruitment
— Good document and information flow all through the recruitment process
— Applicants perceive the contracting authority as a professional employer
— Overview of recruitment need and the ability to analyse applicants
— Better resource utilisation in HR work
— That contracting authorities can take advantage of the information that applicants enter during the search process.
NVE has an agreement with an external media Bureau concerning advertisement design.
