The assignments will be connected to several professional areas, Norges Bank has defined two categories:
Category 1: Information administration
*Archive professions in public administration
*Document handling
*Information architecture and process orientation
*Information management: maturity mapping, monitoring and follow up
Category 2: Trade library and collections
*Development and optimalisation of a trade library: Digital services including search services, e-books and e-publications.
*Collection administration: Registration, digitalisation and dessemination of collections that document Norges Bank's history.

This contract is for 2 years with an option for Norges Bank to extend the contract for a further 1+1 year.

The company shall give a short description of its organisation, competence and number of resources that the company has for fulfilment of assignments under the framework agreement.

Overview of the most important contracts with equivalent competence areas in the last 3 years, with the following information:

-Name of the customer

-Date

-Services provided

-Extent of the services

Description and documentation of the company's routines for recruitment and competence follow up of consultants with a relevant background for this contract - in order to attract attractive candidates.

Description of the company's routines for following up consultants whilst they are hired out to the awarding authority.

Description of the company's plan for interuptions when the hired resources must be replaced.

If a tenderer would like to use other companies' capacity, the tenderer shall document to the awarding authority that it will be able to use the necessary resources, by enclosing a binding statement from these companies.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Service providers shall have good enough professional qualifications to fulfil the assignments.

Service providers shall have good enough capacity to fulfil the assignments.

Service providers shall have the ability to fulfil the contract.

A binding statement is required.
