The contract includes the renewal/alteration of existing water and sewage pipelines, as well as the establishment of a run-off system for surface water. In addition a new foot and cycle path is to be developed. In addition the flood road/stream from Kleppevannet is to be upgraded. The project goes along the municipal road in Kvernhusdalen, from the subway on county road 562 in the south to the new housing project at Bjørkeligvegen in the north.
