The contract includes the renewal/alteration of existing water and sewage pipelines, as well as the establishment of a run-off system for surface water. In addition a new foot and cycle path is to be developed. In addition the flood road/stream from Kleppevannet is to be upgraded.
The project goes along the municipal road in Kvernhusdalen, from the subway on county road 562 in the south to the new housing project at Bjørkeligvegen in the north.
The section is approx. 600m and the goal is, amongst other things, to have a safe route to school for children in Lønvarden who go to Kleppe School.
The project will be carried out as a general contract, NS 8406 with changes.
A site inspection will be held in accordance with the point in the tender documentation.

Economic and financial requirements

Description of requirements/documentation: Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract. The required financial capacity will be assessed in relation to the contract's value, services, risk and length.

Documentation requirement: Askøy Municipality will obtain information on the tenderer's economic and financial capacity from Proff Forvalt credit information company. It is therefore unnecessary to submit these details. (All companies who have submitted accounts to the Brønnøysund Register Centre will be registered through Proff Forvalt). Tenderers must see if there is such information available from Proff Forvalt (www.forvalt.no). Note that the tender documentation includes guidelines on how tenderers can supplement available information if wanted. Documentation for foreign tenderers: Tenderers must, upon request, submit a credit rating report from a company that has a licence from the Norwegian Data Protection Authority to operate a credit information company in Norway, possibly from a company with the equivalent certification in a member country of the EU/EEA. The credit rating report must be based on updated accounting information. eCertis cannot be used.

Tenderers must have experience from comparable assignments. Comparable assignments means work of an equivalent character and degree of difficulty, for example, roadworks, foot, cycle path, and water and sewage work.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Documentation requirement: Description of up to three of the most relevant assignments during the last three years. The description must include a statement of the contract form, assignment´s value, size, date, and recipient (name, telephone number and e-mail address). It is the tenderer's responsibility to confirm relevance through the description. Tenderers can document experience by referring to the competence of personnel at disposal for this assignment, including experience that has been acquired while personnel performed services for another supplier. The attached templates for references can be used. This documentation MUST be attached to the tender.
