The awarding authority would like to enter into a contract for portfolio management of energy with the accompanying services. An independent administrator shall be engaged who, on behalf of the awarding authority, shall carry out:

2012-04-11Operation and rent of broad band connection (Stavanger kommune)
The procurement shall cover the need for a broad band connection for data traffic for locations defined by the awarding authority. The current contract with TDC expires 1.9.2012 with an option for operating individual connections until 28.2.2013.
