This a second notice for the competition on the operation and rent of broad band. The previous competition was cancelled (obligatory cancellation) due to an error in the stated weighting of the individual award criteria where the effect of the weighting was too great – which lead to the previous calculations not being sufficient. This competition is as similar to the original as possible, but there are some simplifications/clarifications in order to ease the service provider’s work for the tender reply and the awarding authority’s evaluation of the tenders. In the previous competition Rogaland county was also included. In this round they have chosen to withdraw and hold their own competition for the operation and rent of broad band. (NT Ref:255393).

The awarding authority will obtain a credit rating from Experian. Service providers must at a minimum achieve a rating of "credit worthy".

Experience is required from equivalent assignments. Documentation of a very good ability to fulfil the contract is required.

A list shall be enclosed of the most important deliveries or performed services during the last three years that shall include information on:
Short description of the assignment.
— Size or value of the contracts,
— date (contract period),
— name of the customers and a short description of them,
— telephone number, e-mail address and name of contact persons at the customers.
Service providers shall have the necessary capacity and competence to cover the need when implementing the contract. An overview shall be enclosed of the manpower for this assignment with CVs for key persons who shall carry out the assignment.
