Klepp Municipality will construct a new primary school with a capacity of 350 pupils. The cchool must contain classrooms, a canteen, assembly hall, and an activities hall.
The area of the school is approx. 5,000 m2. There are high environmental requirements for the school, it must have a reduction in climate gas emissions of 40% in relation to a reference building.
The school must achieve the BREEAM classification 'Very good' and it must be constructed as a zero net energy building.
