The Contracting Authority extends an invitation to a negotiated procedure over the EEA threshold value in accordance with PPR Part I and III for the project Vardheia lower secondary school and sports hall.
The project is an interaction project between the municipalities of Time and Klepp, with Time kommune as the developer. The project will be financed with a distribution key between the 2 municipalities. The project is entirely located in Time kommune.

Room programme, cost Framework and progress plan have political approval of Time and Klepp municipalities. The combined cost framework, contract costs for preliminary project/cooperation and turnkey contract, for the project described in this tender documentation is limited to approx. 225 000 000 NOK [A1] excluding VAT.

The objective of the competition is to procure a service provider and contract facilitators for engineering design, implementation and commissioning of the school, sports hall and gymnasium with associated outdoor facility. In connection with the project, new foot and cycle lanes shall be constructed along Nordlysvegen and a new water pipeline shall be lain in Tinghaugvegen.
