Hå nursing home at Nærbø shall be expanded with 38 new rooms in 2 floors.
The buildings included in the project comprise three connected buildings.
The works with the addition for the nursing home (this tender notice) are scheduled to be initiated by the end of May 2017. The addition will include new third and fourth floors with a total area of approx. 3 100 m². These two floors shall be connected with the existing third and fourth floor in the old building, with footbridges for each floor. A new fifth floor shall also be conctructed with an area of approx 150 m². This floor shall contain technical rooms for the two new floors, staircases and lifts. The contract also includes an option for glasswork for the atrium with an area of 300 m² and a new ceremony room/bier room with an area of approx. 100 m². The new area amounts to approx. 3 600 m².
