The contract is for the implementation of the local democracy survey for 2015. The local democracy survey is a direct continuation of the local democracy surveys from 2007 and 2011 and the local election surveys that were held in 1995, 1999 and 2003, and it has a large survey from a selection of approx. 4 000 in the population as its most important data basis.
