BIR is organised as a group where the joint services IT and Business Development and Digitalisation plan, develop and operate systems for the entire group. We would like to have more capacity in a number of fields. The fields are described in this document and annexes and are split into sub-assignments, where tenderers can choose to offer support for one or several areas in which they have expertise. The municipalities in Nordhordland: Austrheim, Fedje, Lindås, Masfjorden, Meland, Modalen, Osterøy, Radøy and Vaksdal, have established a joint ICT operational company, with Osterøy municipality as the host municipality. The legal contract will be entered into with Osterøy municipality on behalf of IKTNH. In addition Austevoll municipality shall benefit from the contract.
